Batam A&W & Shopping

Day 1
First thing first, eat.
The mall looked like a railway station.
As it is built on a hill, we initially found it puzzling as we walked from the ground floor and ended up on the second floor at the other side of the building.

We looked out for A&W for nostalgia's sake.

 Here's putting back 500g

Day 2- before we went home, we ate at a cafe within the mall. The Sambal Fish dish is only $5 and that is the most expensive dish. The rest are like $4, $3. etc. But of course there are other meat dishes like Steak and all, probably around $10-$12 range.

Long Bean Fritters with Chicken Floss.

 T-shirts for Colin.
He was pleased, specially with the Concrete Mixer (print), he says.

Matahari (local departmental store) was having their mid year sale.
Many stuff going at 50%, 30%, 50%+20%, as well as Buy-1-get-1-free, and Buy-2-get-1-free.
The swimsuit from another sports shop was at 70% off. We paid S$7.50 for it!
I wanted to buy two, actually. But decided not to be so Kiasu. Haha.

Can't remember how much, all I know is that it's reasonably comfortable fabric at good price.
 Probably like S$10 or so.

The PJs were in good fabric and on sale at S$7.50 per set.  (smaller sizes)

The bigger ones were not on sale but still, they are S$8.80 per set.

we shopped till almost 11pm (S'pore time). that's when the mall closes. that's crazy.
(I mean we were crazy)

we went to this massage place called - CITY FRESH
we had aroma oil massage & body scrub. $22 per pax for duration of 2 hours. that's a steal.
(masseur insisted to croak my back, which she succeeded on one side)

This ESKA is probably more expensive as compared to CITY FRESH.
It has more kinds of massage packages. It was too crowded, there were so many Singaporeans there. At one point, there were so many aunties in red, SG50 T-shirts there.
They were from the Balestier CC (as printed on the back of their Ts), some community club outing.
