Charms

It all began with the above bracelet. It's rather plain but many people stopped to tell me that it looks nice.

So since I was gonna get Christmas presents, I might as well get some bracelets & charms for the few ladies in my life.

This is for me. I wanna go go-karting, been wanting to do it for ages and have never gotten round to do it.

A Scottish dog design for my Sis & Synnie.

 A dainty butterfly for Iresh.

Synnie was so 夸张 lor. She sent me these pictures after receiving the gift.

Coming Soon

Pass and uniforms arrived.

Guest's cards for night's dinner & party.

Management's rehearsals

As for staff, we are singing. This year no dance routine.

Craig & Karl?

I think these pop art installations all over RWS have been commissioned to artists - Craig & Karl, but I am not certain because I don't seem to be able to find any supporting write-ups on the www. Neither does their web cast any light.Anyway, I've emailed the duo.... oh wait... scarly not done by them then how? errr.
Perhaps the next time I'm near of of those installations, I'll check the labels. Humm... doesn't seem to have any labels ley...

Novermber 23rd, Happy Birthday to me.

We had our regular Pat-tor date and it couldn't get any more Normal. The Papa enjoyed a simple set of Katsu don, while I thought I would just have salad and fish. Then we shopped for some shirts for him and took the bus home, intending to go to the beach but it rained.

Kiki made a sketch of me, for me. In my favourite green dress.
It says -

Dear Mamy, Happy Birthday and I Love You. Thank you for being the best Mamy in the world I love.

She says that I love the Rainbow, and Dog.
 She also sketched herself.
The rest of the evening, I put tape markings on a new violin we've bought, and also mapped out Happy Farmer. Really hope we can pick this up and then................ face the very challenging Gavotte. *sweat*
Of the entire Suzuki Book 1, Kiki says Happy Farmer is her favourite.

Our Weekend in November

We went back to Festive Hotel at RWS for the weekend.
It was just to have a break from the routine.

While in the room, Colin took the key cards and asked: "Mommy, can you bring me there?"
(referring to USS!) Wa, he has a request =)

The check-in time is pretty late, at 3pm., but we went there an hour earlier and the staff said that if I don't mind the 4th floor, we can check in earlier. We didn't mind whichever floor, we just wanna check-in and order room service because the kids were hungry. (they had lunch but were still hungry)

A nice, cosy room.
KiCo was soooooooooo excited upon seeing the room. They dashed straight towards the ladder, climbed halfway up before I reminded them to remove their shoes. The whole time they couldn't stop laughing (???) Especially Kiki. She laughed like she was giddy with joy. They call the bunk bed a "Tree House". No wonder they are so happy. It's the closest they have ever gotten to a tree house. So they climbed up and down a dozen-dozen times, and then another dozen-dozen times, and another. The ladder is a tad too steep in my opinion, so half the time I was actually worried about their safety because the ladder is quite tall. Nevertheless, thankfully they had fun that weekend. So much fun they didn't use their iPads at all!

It has a huge balcony albeit with little architecture flair.

Room service came shortly after my sis joined us.

Our Weekend in November

Yiyi piggy-back them in the big pool, they love swimming.
Didi finally felt safe enough to venture on his own =)

Tar-bow dinner for them to dine in the room while my sis & i went dinner at the Starz restaurant (complimentary dinner)

The next morning, was my birthday!
So we had a small cake after showering.

Then we headed off to the Pancake place.... again. (I think twice is enough).

Look at that boy! He refused to smile for the camera.
