Batam Day 1

We took the ferry that was operated by - Horizon, from Harbour Front.
S$48 two-way.
While you may not need to pre-book your seat there, it will be a good idea to book your seat back if you are returning over the weekend. Some popular evening slots  might be full. When you get to Batam, you can go to the counter to have your boarding pass issued.

My colleague recommended the iHotels. Remember to ask for the one at Nagoya if you are gonna shop at Nagoya. Because the other location is not nearby although the Batam island is not big, but still, I do not like to taxi around. The room cost about S$153 thereabout.

 Got Kah Puang! (Bolster) Haha.

we didn't explore outside the vicinity of our hotel and the Nagoya shopping mall.
basically, we shopped, had a massage with body scrub, ate, and shopped again.

This is viewed from the back of the hotel. That Nagoya Hill (Mall and Hypermart) is just 4 minutes walk from where we stayed.

This is the pathway leading to the mall.
