Erasers, erasers.

why does children always destroy erasers?
buy new ones also wouldn't last for three days.

I don't think teachers make students write lines anymore.
But if they did, you can tape a bunch of pens / pencils together and write your lines.

  1. Ha ha. My boys destroyed their erasers to crumbs too. And they claimed they could still use it. No teacher makes students write lines anymore. But here, the dad does. A1 did 100 lines twice. Once for not using a polite sentence. So he had to wrote the correct sentence a 100 times. Another time, it was on a word he got wrong during spelling. Obviously he couldn't cheat. He had to write a line at a time. He did them happily anyway.
