Non-meat meals at Chinatown

Yesterday's lunch with a customer.
He was initially hesitant when we suggested vegetarian food, because he doesn't like mock meat. But my colleague encouraged him to try because the eatery we go to has no mock stuff, so he kind of obliged but he said he was glad he tried it because he enjoyed the variety of veggies. Oh, ya, my customer shared that he recently had an almost fatal health scare-- he ate buckwheat noodles (Japanese) and had an allergic reaction that landed him in the hospital for days. After the allergy cleared up, he became okay now but he has become exceptionally wary of buckwheat.
