"According to Science"







Why "Happiness" is eluding me-- According to Science. LOL.

  1. Do cultural activities (Cultural what? Okay next year try Chingay)
  2. Keep a diary (Hum... blog also can right?)
  3. Make small talk with a stranger (Get out of here!)
  4. But have meaningful conversations too (Hum......)
  5. Live in the suburbs and get involved (Hum... okay, Parent's chat group can right?)
  6. Listen to sad songs; the provide emotional release (That's easy, just wind up my Castle in the Sky chime box)
  7. Spend money on experience, not materials (Sure, why not)
  8. Set tiny, attainable goals (Sure, why not)
  9. Look at beautiful things, designs make us happy (okay, will try)
  10. Eat more fruits & veggies = creativity, curiosity, positive emotions, engagements, meaning, and purpose. (Wow, Happy Bunny, Happy Cow)
