Sis' BD - Part 1

As my sis was not occupied on her birthday, we decided to just hang out the day.
We went Tangs and crossed over to Far East Plaza for dinner.

The chefs were very accurate with dashing salt onto the meat. It was almost like they threw darts. The BBQ station, island styled allows us to watch the cooking in progress. Yakitori is the Japanese version of grilled meat on skewers, like Kebabs to the Middle East, and Satays to us or Lok Lok to the Malaysians. etc.

My sis says she'll eat Garlic Rice at any / every Japanese Restaurant to savour the staple dish.

Fat Udon for me.
