My this group of friends kept telling my mom:

"Aunty, 我认识 Kann 的时候她才21岁，现在她已经做妈妈了！"

Ya, ya, this 妈妈 took a very long time to arrive you know. I am already 36 which makes me a fairly old mother!

My friends stayed till past 1am as we had a great time catching up.

I don't know why but I felt guilty that I was enjoying myself.

It was like I felt guilty to be away from Kiki and that I have to be doing something constructive with her at every opportunity.

I think this is just an early phase that a newbie mom may go through.
