Frittata Muffins

 Spinach

 Tomatoes
 Bacon Bits (Luncheon Meat)

 Button Mushrooms

Chop everything up, add butter and cheese.
Beat six eggs, add 1/4 cup of fresh milk, continue beating.
Pour egg mixture onto cup cake tray filled with all the chopped ingredients. 
Bake at 150-200Ffor about 30-40 minutes.





Basically, it's like an egg tart but savory.
Yummy.
