virtual cats are easy pets
virtual yards are easy to remodel, all you need is virtual currency.
I've only learned that our HDB do not allow Cats as pets in your HDB flats.
Anyway, as far as I know, those cats owners, most of them do not register their cats, they would just feed the cats and the cats would come and go as they please, even if they belong to that household. I am not too sure about cats at other residencies but at HDB flats, they're like that. So that becomes a problem for the neighbours when they have a cat that poops anywhere.
