The Tables Have Turned

This chap, kept turning around to glare at me. Not every day I am on the same bus as him or maybe I didn't pay attention, but last week he glared and yesterday again. So today I got fed up and decided to take a video of him. He kept staring when alighting the bus and then while he walks to the left and make a left turn, he will turn his head to glare at me. What's with him man?  Happy that I didn't report him for brushing my arm and tapping my thigh? Stare again and I'll take another video.
