CNY Prelude

This year, my office didn't go to Ming Jiang at Goodwood which is a hot contender.
For a change, we went to "Chao Shan Cuisine" at Beach Road. 
Teochew dishes, quite good. Must bring my mom there. I hardly bring her to anywhere.

 Mee Sua was very nicely done.

 Or Nee. Some of us didn't like the extra orange peel. I didn't mind.
