At the Barber's for a hair cut. They've got a Rainbow motif on the wall and it reminded me of a message my friend had just sent me-- she says to eat the colours of the rainbow in every meal. For me, it's a tall order to get all colours in one sitting but it would be good to keep in mind when marketing. So I Googled and piece together a food chart to Maricar for her marketing.
