Why "Happiness" is eluding me-- According to Science. LOL.
- Do cultural activities (Cultural what? Okay next year try Chingay)
- Keep a diary (Hum... blog also can right?)
- Make small talk with a stranger (Get out of here!)
- But have meaningful conversations too (Hum......)
- Live in the suburbs and get involved (Hum... okay, Parent's chat group can right?)
- Listen to sad songs; the provide emotional release (That's easy, just wind up my Castle in the Sky chime box)
- Spend money on experience, not materials (Sure, why not)
- Set tiny, attainable goals (Sure, why not)
- Look at beautiful things, designs make us happy (okay, will try)
- Eat more fruits & veggies = creativity, curiosity, positive emotions, engagements, meaning, and purpose. (Wow, Happy Bunny, Happy Cow)
