For Lunar new year lunch gathering this year, our office went to Min Jiang Restaurant at the Goodwood Park Hotel.Min Jiang: 6730 1704
This is by far the most unusual "Lou Hei" dish I've come across. A bit of a fusion dish I would say and it seemed more of a healthy salad as it has many greens and flax seeds to go.
I would never eat something this potent.
