returning from violin class, after bringing the kids upstairs, I went back downstairs to clear the litters. it could only be my FIL littering the common area. he keeps stealing our recycle trash, we normally have one bag for plastic and another bag for paper, to be thrown into the recycle bin. but he keeps hijacking our trash, ransack them for whatever things he might sell or what.
