I'll Pretend You Never Said It

So, in the end, it became tension when you speak the truth. or speak your mind.

 The Queen was at the Buckingham Palace Garden Parties where 8000 guests were invited to be honoured for their public services. Among them was a lady commander who was the Gold Commander when the Chinese made a State Visit (Oct 2015). The commander was telling the Queen how unpleasant her experience was, the Queen merely empathized with the commander and commented candidly "Oh bad luck" and that  "They were very rude to the Ambassador"

My oh my, how could BBC, having filmed that, broadcast it.
They claimed it was a public event and they had every right. (That's besides the point)

The Queen's umbrella was being blamed (for enhancing the acoustics)

Even the rain was being blamed! (for leading the Queen having to use her umbrella!)

Of course no one would blame the Queen. She is free to speak privately to her people!
She wants people to be able to speak with her confidentially too.

So what can China do?

If really, I mean if the diplomatic ties are really very sensitive and important, then do what best friends do-- say "I'll Pretend You Never Said It."

Which I think that's what they did by censoring the footage within China. (they just displayed grey, white dots until that 30 seconds were over). Some channels just black it out. But they have also started calling the British unflattering names.

Anyway, how come the commander doesn't get any heat har?
