Some people commented now the loan sharks will be more wary before attempting harassment stunts.
However, I think most people are not very pragmatic in their thinking.
Do they know the ratio of harassers being caught versus the number of cases unsolved?
Nevertheless, it is still a good thing that the incident is being published so that the public can be more aware and I suppose, generally, the community can try to be more vigilant and keep a look out for each other. (another not very pragmatic view, but well).
