Kiki: Mommy, I'm laughing for no reason.
Me: That's called "Happiness".
Kiki: But I'm not doing anything. I'm just laughing for nothing.
Me: That's correct, that's Happiness.

i don't have heroes. i mean, those heroes i had, have passed. i mean i have passed the phase.
for the sake of refreshing my self-development, i searched my emotions for someone current that i appreciate. Gordon Ramsay came to my mind.
Have you watched his Kitchen Nightmare series?
He may have come across as rude, crude, vulgar, demanding, foul mouth, foul temper, etc., he is such a sensitive person on the inside. His no nonsense and practical approaches help turn failing restaurants around, but not without first breaking down personal barriers, self-sabotage behaviours, issues, etc. However, and most importantly, he has a knack to spot the tenderness and many times, gave priceless gifts of thoughtfulness to the restaurant owners who were struggling for a breakthrough at many levels. (business wise, personal issues, family issues, aspirations)
I admire people who are sensitive for others, especially when they could give a form of encouragement (words, gifts, other non-material stuff) to the person who most needs it but were too prideful or stubborn to admit it.
