I think she was expressing about pet adoption but I'm not sure why she put $$ there too.
Few weeks back, she asked me if people pay ($$) when adopting dogs.
I do not know. I think so but I'm not too sure. I think there are people who breed dogs and then on the pretext of adoption, sell the puppies at exorbitant prices. I really frown upon that and I hope I've got the wrong impression about that.
