Stumbled onto "Shameless"
This family goes through so much shit till they're made of steel.
Can't help rooting them-- the lowest rung of society because I suppose I can relate much to that class.
You'd just wish that hadn't had to do that much to try that hard and that if only they catch a break and stop having more unfortunate bad episodes unravel but almost as if they were invisibly bonded by challenges after challenges yet they have this ever-going optimism and no-frills attitude to life and that all they want to to grow up, get a skill, get a good paying job to fend for themselves, all in a melting pot of one drunkard father with six children. These kids have so much support for each other, they are a cool bunch.
