We took a day off to go for our appointment at the KK hospital.
This is after Kiki had informed about experiencing chest pain few hours after the school's P.E lessons. We had gone to the polyclinic and the doctors there referred us to the KK hospital for specialist check-up. On our way there, we spotted a man with an interesting cap, what I would imagine seeing on TV or cartoons. It's cool to have varied types of expressive styles. I made a gif after bumping into him again. =)
At the doctors', she's a little nervous after peeping into the rooms while at the waiting lobby. She says there's a Surgery room (no, there wasn't. she was just seeing what she believed) and she says there's an X-ray room (yes, imaging scan room).
After a lengthy consultation followed by scanning of the heart, the doctor says she thinks there's nothing to be alarmed over and we should continue with PE lessons albeit consisting burpees, jumping jacks and all sorts of running activities. We are to return for a follow-up check-up in four months' time.
Simple but tasty. Carrots are sweet.
You can tell that children are born with innocence. They are not born with the ability to process complexity and they will have to learn to understand and process complexity. I mean generally (not talking about gifted kids). Colin thinks of himself as six years old because he hasn't had his birthday yet. hence he wrote 'six' despite the hanyu pingying describing 'seven'. The worksheet is to test his chinese knowledge, but he is still rather childish and process directly.
