Learning to write in Chinese

Yesterday, my colleague pointed out that the 巴杀 I've written in my earlier entry is incorrect.
She said it should be this "刹" instead.
I was astonished! Gosh,,,,,,,,, my Chinese is damn lousy! Faint.
So last night I quickly introduced additional two strokes to that word and explained that I had made an error.
