There's an outdoor area that overlooks the old Clifford Pier and Shenton Way.
The breeze there is rapid and the man-made pond (with real lotus plants) added some serenity to an otherwise concrete jungle.

To the right, you can see Empress Place. (and further right is the view of Singapore Flyer & Helix Bridge)

If you can help it, don't drive there. Just look at the red dots in front of the bus. The traffic jam stretches for miles and luckily, buses get to move. (Bus 133 from Suntec Convention Centre goes to MBS. It takes only 10 minutes from Suntec)
