Being on that MCT oil (2 table spoonfuls a day) I've shed 2 kg in the past 3 weeks, without any physical exercise and without real dieting. Encouraged by this results, I think I might as well try to diet a little, perhaps seriously try to limit carbohydrates intake. As for exercising, currently I don't have spare time because the Kids' exams are taking place soon. So, after!
