And I have joined the asshole wagon to gain an advantage.
Set your parameters so that you don't get carried away, trying to outbid others, ending up in a price bidding war and paying a price that you didn't start out with.
Also, you will not need to wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning to bid. If you can be detached from the outcome of the bid, you can sleep well and wake up to see if you were lucky.
