So Bren's brother is always inventing things.

The time when he was so affected by his neighbour having gone through the unfortunate experience with dengue, he came up with the mozzie-prevention bamboo hole cover. The cover has a built-in spring that springs the lid of the cover open when in use and auto-close in a capped position when not in use.

This time, he has designed a stud / lid, to cap your soda drinks air tight after opening. So your drink would fizzle a while longer even if you do not consume it in one sitting. I am not too sure why a drink manufacturer would want these studs because I would think that their objective is to have the consumers consume as much of their beverages, as quickly as possible. Like- drink! more, more more! But I guess from a consumer's view, maybe this lid helps to preserve the flavour as well as the carbonated fizzle so we can consume the drinks or beers slowly and not to worry about it loosing flavour. Perhaps can even keep the drink fresh for the next day.

So anyway, let's hope Charles finds his capital investors and may his products sell like hotcakes!
