Eat Well, Live Well.


Iodine and Flaxseeds (Omega-3) are so important to our bodies.


What food are rich in Iodine?
  1. Sea vegetables
  2. Scallops
  3. Cod Fish
  4.  Yogurt
  5. Shrimp (Prawns)
  6. Sardines
  7. Cow's Milk
  8. Eggs
  9. Tuna
SEA VEGETABLES 



FLAX SEEDS 





I added grounded flaxseed into my soya bean milk. Nutty nice flavour.
We actually would need two table spoonfuls each day.
I will learn to integrate this into my diet.
If you bake, you can add the powder into your pastries & cakes.
You can add these into cereals, desserts, shakes.
If you are more adventurous, you can add them into the rice pot.
I sound like my mom.
