Trying to give my brain some tonic after having running anxieties for the past three weeks.
I have not checked my whatsapp for four days now and I plan not to check it till the end of the month. After that, I will continue not to check for another month.
Meanwhile, I am surviving on "airplane" mode and "do not disturb" mode so that I can still be using my data for other means of communications.
Hopefully, I will regain my healthy mental heath soon.
I get harassed even in my dreams.
So, it is imperative that I recover fast.
