When did this "Fingers Crossed" emoji arrive?
How come I didn't notice it!?
I always wanna use it but I would use the "peace" fingers as a subsitute.

When you're in a team, you'll expect that everyone take on roles they're good at.
Do what you're good at and we try to fill out whatever that may be lacking.
That's what a team is for. Whether you're in a team of 2 or a team of 20, I would expect that we're on the same frequency. Nobody needs to be explaining themselves.
