Sunday. 15th March 2015 (Abacus & Swimming)

 We had her first Abacus grading exams (Grade 12) and Mental Abacus competition.

She got a medal and went up to her teacher to enquire why she didn't get a trophy.
There were only 3 trophies to be won.
Her teacher explained that the trophy winners did their mental sums very quickly and they did the most sums.

Not bad!  Full marks for both the Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Exams.

 We were happy to have started swimming lessons. 

Colin still doesn't like the waters, so we'll wait.
