I was at M&S to try to get some new dresses but ended up buying a new pair of bikinis
I was at the changing room when I felt...... like a sudden fear.... my stomach looked like something is wrong with it. It is as round and bloated as a basketball....... I hope it is just purely that I am fat.
I looked abnormal and I worry about health matters.

Hope I could find some massue to concentrate of getting excess air/wind out from my stomach and I could better determine if it is basically air / fat and nothing serious.

Getting ready for Bali in 2020 or earlier?
