Jogging had been furthest from my mind, I've never done it until now.
It has only been twice but I hope I will keep this hobby from now on.
Last evening, I've tried again.
I thought under 30 mins is considered good but it is so-so only.
For Bronze, I got to do it under 18 mins.
Well, I think I'll just keep doing it under 30 mins. I don't want to strain my knees.
If I do this regularly and long enough, I will eventually be able to reach Bronze standard.
In my opinion that is.
I so want to go!!!
But it's on a Saturday.......... we've got The V Class.
(Mulling over this real hard) * I want! I want!
Hum..... not keen in the Big Walk....
But I wanna go for short breaks. Yay.
