We tried the light, medium and dark.
Next time, just go straight for the dark.
The place specialises in steak on hot stones (lava stones) and craft beers.
But we don't take beef..... and they ran out of mutton cos they had an overwhelming crowd the night before; so we ordered other food which turned out so-so.
I could tell that the steaks that other customers had ordered were very good, well at least from the sizzling fragrance and satisfied faces of the customers.
