Last Sunday, we went Lucky Plaza to bank some money into Maricar's savings as well as transmit some money to her family as school was beginning in June and the children need some pocket money too. The place is so darn crowded and noisy, you really won't be able to imagine till you've experienced it. It's more crowded then Little India if you know what I mean.
While waiting in the long queue, Kiki entertained all the other domestic helpers there with her loud and clear singing with "Bahay Kubo"- a popular Philippine nursery song. She took pride with it as the other maids cheered and were clearly delighted to learn that a Chinese baby could sing their dialect song.
