You know, youtube is really wonderful. There are just so many resources out there.
I watched Louise Hay's "You can heal your life" mini-movie on youtube and here are some affirmations for myself:-
"I love myself just the way I am"
"I am willing to forgive"
Letting go of the outcome, -- you know what? The cards are gonna fall they way they gonna fall, and I have the ability to handle whatever happens.
"I do the work I love, I work with & for people I really like, and I'm earning good money"
No one inspires someone by being sick, or broke, or poor. If you wanna help someone, you let it shine, you become the beacon on that hill"
etc.
