May I have the courage to embrace the uncountable white hair that have sprouted unknowingly.
May I feel less disheartened about my aging.
May I regain faith in life amidst challenging times.
May I remember that all I've prayed for have materialised.
May I want less of what I do not have.
May I be grateful for that I have.
