My colleague always buys this tea break snack for the office people-- Poh Piah from a coffee shop stall at Clementi. Sometimes he waits up to 45mins to 1 hour for this because he couldn't gauge how many Poh Piahs the people in front of him are getting. This is one Poh Piah worth waiting for.
