We are fortunate in the sense we still get to go do our stuff.We would quickly settle meals for the family, do "area cleaning", wash up etc. etc., and at night we could still go out for a drink. Katong & Joo Chiat are walking distance and there are many pubs and eateries as long as you wish to spend.
