Kite Festival (Malaysia) Nov 2009

Last year, Bren accompanied his friend, Jason, to a kite-flying festival in Malaysia.
Just look at the variety of flying canvas they've got. I think some of those shouldn't be called kites, they should be classified as floats. Nonetheless, they are very interesting. Just take a look at them.

Bear, fish, cutterfish, crab, stingray, etc.

Is this an Indonesian motif?

These, I would call them kites.
